Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Dylan studied Agricultural Economics and International Business & Marketing at the University of Kentucky. After graduating, he began his career as a project manager with a large construction firm before relocating to New Orleans in 2014.

In New Orleans, Dylan spent five years with a multinational ship supplier and freight forwarding company, where he gained valuable experience in shipping logistics, vessel support, and customer service. He joined TradeWinds Towing in 2019 and quickly became an integral part of the operations team, applying his logistics background to the fast-paced world of ocean towing.

Today, as Operations Coordinator and Crew Manager, Dylan oversees crew logistics, personnel coordination, and operational support to help ensure vessels are staffed, prepared, and ready to meet customer needs. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he serves as an important resource for communication across TradeWinds' crews, customers, and industry partners.
